but i never did that all i did before i got banned was drive for a bit not seeing other cars and then i parked up andran around after that i got im my car pulled up to the traffic lights not effecting anyone else the i got kicked and banned

You were involved in extensive CDM'ing, evidently seen from logs. This amount of CDM is unacceptable, especially in cases where you would revive somebody and run them over again multiple times. You were involved in Team Killing another Police Officer and numerous occurrences of stepping and killing players that were tased/injured. Here is a short version of what I found.
