Summary: So I was arrested then dillan came up to me who was a police officer and he opened my door and another players door and let us out, he then asked for $2000 then he will "Let us on bail" but the other player fell for it and gave him the money and dillan released him from jail, I don't think dillan knows what bail is. Anyway I requested a demote 5 times but the pres never replied so i'm posting here.

In the photo you can see that Dillan is asking for money to be released, an admin has threatened to ban me previously for doing this, therefore I believe this is against the rules because a member of staff told me so. I would also like to say that "bail" is not releasing someone from jail, because that's what he was doing afterwards.

There is no evidence what the bail amount the president set. He should not be just charging random amounts but if it was in the laws then he is justified. Therefore if I dont have evidence of the laws then we cannot punish him.
