I saw that too. Cuz my IRL Friend freaky was playing beside me, and he raged on me because of that prop (Cuz he kept driving into it. :3) it was in the middle of the tunnel to Downtown. :p

Indeed it was, It blocked alot of cars, which caused CDM.
