Summary: I was walking along the street and he trapped me in a structure and I could not move. I was stuck for 5 mins until he was confronted by someone called 'RyanOnPCinFullHD'. This is when he said he could be banned and removed it. He then started running around tieing people such as me which I all have evidence for. I then had a further discussion with Ryan and he explained that he was also prop blocking. The evidence for this is in the evidence.
