I had permission of the president. As far as i know that's all i need.

Unfortunately that's where your wrong.

As there was no admin on at the time you did this, there was no way you could of got permission to build it.

Can you then tell my why Zecon didn't do anything when he saw my dupe earlier on?

Perhaps he was preoccupied with something else? I'm not Zecon, I can't speak on behalf of him. The point of this Ban Request was to prove your wrongdoing, not to explain why a staff member didn't act upon it.

I did have permission from the president. As i have been told many times that's the only thing you need.
