Thread Title - Good amount of RDM'ing by whyusopro.

Time in GMT - Hard to remember, I believe Anywhere from 5:30-7:00 P.M GMT.

Summary - As far as I know, he started to randomly shoot at and kill someone for asking him why he had tazed someone over and over. When I went up to him (as seen in the video) to ask him, he starts to shoot me and kills me.
