Summary:I was ran over by a black mustang but I was saved by a Paramedic, As I was driving around looking for the suspect a BMD tells me that the black mustang by the tunnel ran him/or his friend over, I drove towards the mustang and told the driver to get out "/y Out" He then proceeded to drive away back through the tunnel.
At the end of the tunnel I managed to jam his car so I was able to get out and make an arrest. He then disconnected (I didnt take a screenshot of this) He then re-join straight after, I felt it ok to arrest him when he spawned because in my eyes he didnt die so he was the same person. I handcuffed him and was telling him through the mic that he broke a rule. He then disconnected and rejoined again, (I have the logs showing I handcuffed him and he disconnecting, and a pic showing that his IC name matches the Username.)
When he rejoins I managed to cuff him again and tell him what he is being arrested for and that he broke General rule 3, He then to say OOC things IC and was swearing at me saying things like "FUCK YOU" and "I DONT CAR" (His spelling) I pointed a tazer at him so he will stop so I can make a warrant, But he kept running, So I tazed him.
The logs will backup my story.
