Summary: So i cant exactly remember what happened but i was arresting him for attacking me or someone (i think) anyway, someone then picked him up in a car when i was chasing him at gun point and drove off. (I dont think i can make a BR Against the driver as he could have stolen the car and i never got his name.
Anyway they came back and that is where the video starts. I say get out the car multiple times while having my gun / tazer aimed at them. Yet they just drive off.
This happened multiple times before and after the video. I later catch him again running from me at gun point and then he jumps into someones car who i am pretty sure was going to help him drive away till he realized i was recording. (this i cant be too sure of so i cant make a BR against him) anyway he refused to get out and then they park the car. He then uses the opportunity of being stuck to re-spawn. (after the video i catch him again with a Corleone refusing to stop at gun point as well.
