GAC banned and need stats transfered

I got gacced banned in the ban wave of last june, and I have made a new account and would like to play on FLRP again. I didn't get banned from the server, I got GAC banned, which is Garry's equivalent of VAC

So I Google'd the GAC ban and found this quote from Garry on a forum post about 1500 people who were GAC banned.
