Summary: I was arresting B3astR3l3as3d, because I saw him go pass Nexus desk to the Nexus garage. he was hiding from me and tried to avoid handcuffing by running from side to side. when I handcuffed him and I was getting the warrant he left to avoid arrest. I got 1 screen shot, but i hope it proofs enough.
