Summary: Me and Sammerh were driving along in his Yellow Lamborghini Murcielago coming out of the tunnel that leads to the second gas station near the corleone village, And we spot MagicWaffle's home he pasted which cut into the road. Im not too sure on the ruling but both me and Sammerh thought this could be counted as propblocking, So we pull over, Walk to the entrance, And let the owner, MagicWaffle, Know he should move it as it is a form of propblocking by blocking part of the road. If I recall, You also need permission to build in public from either an Admin/Mod or the Pres, and although I cannot confirm this I do not believe he got permission from either. Anyway, He refuses to move it so I take some screenshots and decide if he doesnt move it off later I can fill a BR for it, As we go back to our Lamborgini, I decide to check Teamspeak to see if an admin was around where I could confirm if its propblocking. As I alt-tab back into the game MagicWaffle gets in his White Toyota Supra and CDM's both me and Sammerh, Mocks me and him by stepping on our bodies and punching, As shown in the screenshots, along with the house in question.
Evidence: Sammerh is a prime witness in this, And he will vouch for everything in this BR.
