SUMMARY: I was walking on the main street by nexus, and Papas comes up and tazes me randomly and proceeds to cuff me. A friend was there to uncuff me and then I chased down an officer and with the help of Sammijammi, took him hostage, then Papas just charges straight into a hostage situation without even knowing there was one and kills Sammijammi, who called an admin immidiately and the admin was not able to respond.
