Summary: I accidentally swerved out of control and rammed into this guys car. No one was injured but I wanted to say sorry. So I said 'sorry' but then he rammed me back. I asked if he could say 'sorry' but he kept ramming me. So I tried to cut him off (blocking the road with my car) and I did. So I got out of my car and then he ran me over, injured me, shot me and drove off.

I would have to say the logs are the best way to find out as you will see him pull out a gun and kill me. Apart from that, I haven't got any more proof sorry.

Logs doesn't show anything. Your evidence doesn't show name nor context. From what I can tell, it sounded like you failRPed. When you try to escalate a situation by blocking a road with your car then accidents will happen.
