Summary: Basically Commander Carbon spawned in a triangular like prop to gain access onto the roof of the BP garage(where all the petrol pumps are) and was with a few other people spawning a sign saying something then towards the end of the video he starts to do something which looks like he is blocking off the sides.

EDIT: He later decided to build around one of the BP pumps, restricting several vehicles from passing.

Uh, I already cleaned this up a couple minutes after this. It was actually for RP protest, but it's gone now either way.

If it was a RP protest it doesn't matter, you can't use props to get to a unaccesible rooftop even if it is only a few metres off the ground.
