Summary: Some random civilian was random stunning cops, as I get stunned this rebel (muffins) walks up in a smart butt voice and says "oh the officer is dead" as he watches his friend noise random hostage me. The citizen also does this to another cop. He claims to have nothing to do with it, but he has an illegal weapon out and was just watching this civilian random hostage without any demands.
Evidence:
Chat logs show that he said NOTHING about the hostage, just him being a troll in chat.
