Summary:
FearRP break - Heard a car alarm go off just as I was impounding a trabant, that guy also broke fearRP (look at the BR before this) and then I see the alarming car start to go past me, I tell the person to get out, he gets out swears at me going what are you doooin! and then just drives off.
