I did not intentionally backseat administrate. I thought a president not posting laws, or doing anything, was a legitimate reason to raid. Also i did not want to kill him, I tied him up under gun point and he starts to try and run away.

That is not a legitimate reason to raid. This situation is more of a warning than a need for a ban.
