I can't be the only one that is wondering why you're not able to scroll in the F1 menu anymore!

Is this a bug or did they do it to make it harder to equip things?

You gotta move your mouse onto the scroll-bar and than try rotating your mouse wheel, it works, but it's propably not what you wanted.
