I feel sorry for admins and mods

i kinda feel bad for admin they cant really play and relax they have to help us with our sh*t and i guess it feels good to help someone but the 42 time in a row boring Zzzzz!
Edit: I made this ages ago and since have become an admin on another server. I am quickly updating this, the Staff on fearless do a very good job no offence to admins but i feel the moderators do an amazing job.
Note: I am not trying to ass-lick just saying.

They don't have to. They can if they want, just ignore the @ chat, they'd probably get shouted out in OOC though.

Exactly.
If a admin does not respond to a minges RDM call within 10 seconds they either spam @or OOC.

Nobody is making them to be an admin or a mod, they can step down from that position at any time. But as long as they are they have a commitment, that commitment is to help players and keep the servers clean from minges etc. Of course they can RP sometimes but this is their first priority.
