Summary: Me and my friend (MasterDrake90) were running from the cops and this guy just walks in our house shoots Master, i then goto picklock his car so i can escape he tazes me and arrests me i try to explain but he keeps tazing and then he switches to president leaving me in ragdoll mode and cuffed and master dead

First of all you dont skype information pertaining to RP in our servers. That is against our rules(Meta) dont do it again. Secondly he was tazing you because he saw you lockpicking a car.... but instead of going through with it he spawned as president. He even called into the radio for your warrant.
