Patrolling as SS is not a bannable offense, Yes it's failRp and they will be giving a warning for it.

Wearing suits as an SS isn't breaking a rule either, It's up the President or HSS if they want them to wear them.

Also, I didn't see the cop RDM; Only Burrito
