Summary: I was spotting Maito on proppushing a taxi, and then I tazed him. He told me his friend was hit by that car, and then he just swung the taxi up 20 metres.
When I tazed him, to stop him and ask why, he disconnected and then rejoined to avoid an arrest or handcuff.

Here you can see that I've tazed him, and he rejoined. The chef has nothing to do with this picture.
