I was online at the time and it was a complete accident, just after he spawned it he got DC'd and couldn't remove it. This was 100% accidental as I was speaking to him at the time.

I can vouch for Jimmyboyo and Craig, he DCed in the middle after accidently spawning it.
Give him a break he just got the game and it didn't hurt anyone as far as I know.
