The riot shield isn't bulletproof and you can breach SWAT vans now. I do agree the SWAT vans acceleration is too much, side effect of me increasing a few other stats to help it get up the nexus ramp. Pollux

Riot shields give an advantage to the SRU which they should have. The van needs to be more easily breached, not just some specific areas.
