First of all, you guys called Sparx and he responded. He came to the shop and told me to leave. I apologized and said that I'm not going to do that again. Then I left the store and I was told everything is fine. Also Sparx didn't punish me just told me to leave.

Hi Ruthless & Saymon,

I don't recall the incident particularly well however from what I can remember Ruthless sent an @ call saying that Saymon had killed him with his own prop - I came to see what had happened and there wasn't enough evidence showing that Saymon had done it purposely - however having seen the video it does look like Saymon intentionally pushed the props into the wall - however it still doesn't really look like he meant to propkill anyone with them. If anything I would say that Saymon has FailRP'd and misused props but certainly not propkilled/pushed intentionally.

The thing is, I said and agreed I was playing with the coffe machines and apologized but I also said that I didn't want to kill anyone. That's why I was told everything is fine.

The evidence clearly shows Saymon grabbing random store props without a RP reason, which is Fail RP.
