I can back Jonesmartinsam that he was afk as he went afk on teamspeak and said to us that he will be right back. And had no idea what was going on in game.

I can support this, we was in teamspeak at the time and he was infact AFK. He was tabbed out at the time looking at a web browser and didn't have any idea what was going on ingame.

So, you have the time to stop the vehicle, but when the officers tells you to get out you decided to go AFK and leave a RP situation by "tabbing out windows" ? I don't think so...
When I got on the area, I saw your head moving slowly from the left to the right (meaning you moved your camera but not responded to the actions ordered by the officers including me this time to leave the vehicle), gathering "witnesses" doesn't really count.
I suggest you to not lie in the courthouse.
