[Solved] Game Stuck At "Loading 'CityRp Boats'"

I'm aware that this one is the last and longest part but 20 minutes past and still I'm waiting -_- 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried all of the usual tips, like:

- Verify game cache
- Delete all not needed add ons.
- Restart you're pc
- Lower graphics settings

I only tried pc restart I should try other solutions.

I get this every now and then.

If the tips above do not work try backing out of Garry's mod as you load.
