I saw that Awestruck got banned with reason 'Contact SA'.Does this the result of an IG thing or about something with the Staff Team?

He remains banned until he can get on at the same time an SA can get online to strip his rank IG.

Yep, he's banned from the servers until he and a Super Admin can arrange to get online at the same time and remove his rank. The ban is just to be safe, this often happens to those who resign (unless they can have their rank removed immediately).
