Thread Title: Report: Elbuzondenicolas

Summary: As we were arresting someone and the bug occured in which it would not teleport the user to jails after arrest so we told him to follow us and then the elevator went up to the president floor where there was 2 people who tried to kill us. We then pursued the suspects and we got to the skyblock lounge to which it was propblocked by cubes by Elbuzondenicolas which breaks rule 6.2 stating that: Do not prop-block anything. All items and areas in your base should be accessible via keypads or buttons.
