Summary: He was speeding through the small 1 lane tunnel at full speed, ramming all incoming cars on purpose for no reason. Due to his high speed "Hopefully somebody will run infront of me so it looks like an accident" method caused multiple accidents, and car crashes the entire time the RP was going.

You can clearly see him ramming through vehicles for no reason. Look at it.

You can see him pushing the car up... The parked car cant move on its own can it?

To be fair CoupCake, the rocks you placed in the tunnel were a big annoyance and caused accidents left and right, i personally witnissed them over and over and i even told you about it in PM.

I have seen the accused driving around recklessly but i cant say for sure if it was on purpose or because of the bottleneck you made in the tunnel.

Thats not the point.
We had admin approval to build in the tunnel and we placed functioning traffic lights. The accused player purposely rammed through the red lights into oncoming traffic to cause mayhem. We didnt cause the accidents, the un-educated drivers that couldn't follow traffic laws did.

He did it purposely, you can see the pictures that he moves the car to get back, yet decides to ram it completely out of the way, as well as ram ambulances to block them treating injured players. I had talked to the accused, and he never listened and constantly blamed everyone else. 

Perhaps if people could actually RP, or respect other peoples RP, this wouldnt happen.

No, I don't. But it is so clear in the pictures of the ramming as well as the countless @ requests I made as he was doing it, that were never replied to.
