Summary: Was driving through a police checkpoint, I see a security Guard jumping and laughing togheter with some cops at a dead body. As you may see, the police officers simply ignores the incident, unfortunately I didnt get their Steam Names.
Evidence: Unfortunately, I only got one picture of the incident as I have to paste the pictures in Paint and save it before taking new ones.
