Summary: Basically he was doing ISIS things (I don't know if it was but [FL:RP] Hunter said it was so I decided to upload it, he plays music and stuff, when I logged back on the server after I uploaded, he random tazed me, he handcuffed me and unhandcuffed me 2 times directly after (Got no recording of that bcs my disc was full).

He tazed people and killed one with his ASP Baton

I can confirm all of this. He was clearly here to minge and make sure others have a bad time.
After he was spoken to by a few players he started acting more normal though.
