Summary: Basically he was doing ISIS things (I don't know if it was but [FL:RP] Hunter said it was so I decided to upload it, he plays music and stuff, when I logged back on the server after I uploaded, he random tazed me, he handcuffed me and unhandcuffed me 2 times directly after (Got no recording of that bcs my disc was full).
He tazed people and killed one with his ASP Baton

Approved, review of the logs and evidence provided show that this player was clearly building a known flag of an extremist group. Player will be punished accordingly

I can confirm all of this. He was clearly here to minge and make sure others have a bad time.
After he was spoken to by a few players he started acting more normal though.
