Summary:
I've been playing as a Police Officer and ChironaHD was victim of getting Into a chase, I've already encounterd him before knowing that he wouldn't stop even when guns/tazer pointed.

The following video will show you him breaking FearRP multiple times.

Youtube had the Idea to remove my sound cause I was singing along with a song, this doesn't change the fact of the FearRP being broken.
