Summary: Basically, I was swat and we arrested Xmorza for murder of a paramedic. He started to insult me personally in ooc, caps in OOC, and also swearing in OOC. We warned him to stop and he refused to stating "C7, your mom needs a better child"

The user in question was found in breach of the rules with strong evidence to support this claim.
