Summary: They approached me starting taunting me into pursuiting them, I took the bait as they were screaming "fuck the police", I soon realized I was about to run out of fuel so I stopped, as I stopped they stopped as well, meaning they had no intentions of getting away and shot me to death. 

After shooting me they randomly killed another guy who was approaching in a lamboghini.

His current name is "Jesper Andersen" you should be able to check his aliases. He changed his name before joining the server and had also done some research to dig up my full name in real life.

I am certain I have the right steam ID for both offenders.
