Summary: I logged on and he was pointing a gun at me and he said "do not move or I will kill you!" and I told him to read the rules in Local OOC. This is when he shot and killed me. About 5 mins later when I re spawned he started to random taze people, then he changed job to avoid being confronted about the rules. He changed his job to president, then followed by randomly walking around and jumping in the middle of the streets.
Evidence: I got some screenshots but also the gunshots and job changes, etc will be recorded in the logs.

Oh and, I would like to point out he has 37 KILLS and 44 deaths and counting.

While I was making this he has also changed job to fireman and abusing his weapons/sweps
