You're not allowed to disconnect to avoid arrest, even if you find the arrest to be invalid.
You've broken the rules and you've put no effort in your UBR.
I don't see why your ban should be removed nor reduced.

Just because you think the arrest is not valid, does not mean you take the situation into your own hands, this is backseat administration.
Disconnecting to avoid arrest regardless the circumstances is against the rules.
