Consistant Crashing

Hello there! I would like to know if anyone has a solution to my consistent crashing which happens throughout playing on Garry's Mod. It tends to happen at random moment in-which the sounds will loop and eventually cause the game to just close with the occasional box on my screen saying 'HL2 has crashed'. This is quite frustrating as I'm reluctant to even play anymore as it's to painful growing weed and producing contraband when I crash 15 minutes later. I have also performed a diverse range of integrity checks, this does not seem to help either.

Did you download the map with Steam Workshop? If so, remove it and download it from our website.

Other possitiblity is try to update your video card driver.

Let me know if that worked.

Lower your resolution, maybe your graphics card can't handle it, i have the same problem , but my Graphic card is just old and ****** up.
