Summary:I went up to the nexus building and i was surprised to see that there was a propblocked base in the two small offices, with doomfort props and contrabands inside, one of them was a Black Market Dealer but sadly there is no evidence. Then the second guy turned into a Black Market dealer and they kept basing. Also floating and invisable cameras, Props at the elevator etc.
