Summary: I was making a dupe then the reported player comes and randomly ties me up. I asked him to remove it multiple times and he didn't, and simply kept minging around me.
Which by consequence made me unable to copy my work in the ADV Dupe, and lose everything.

The 2nd evidence shows that he is "Joe Lawrence"

PS: Click on the screenshot and zoom in the chat-box. You will then see the automatic /me's that the game writes when someone ties / handcuffs someone else.
