Summary: I was walking along the pavement near the gas station sign, Where tgsr1997 comes around in his Black VW Mark II And slows down infront of me, He then lines up and accelerates and directly runs me over on the pavement without any reason whatsoever. After I respawn, I find him outside the NLR area, And inform him I will be filling out a BR for CDM. He then stated he was lagging and it wasn't his fault. However, He did slow down and line up to run me over, And even if he was lagging he should not be driving, Especially in the city where a lot of people are walking around. Unfortunately I failed to acquire any evidence of the actual CDM, However, I did get a screenshot of him saying it wasnt on purpose, Confirming he did CDM me. This unfortunately is the only evidence I can provide, Unless he does it again. The logs can show I was killed, Whether or not it can show much is unknown.
