Summary:
I was building inside Downtown Motors when I watched the 2 officers chase down a civilian, taze him, and then shot them to death. I ran outside and asked over mic what they were doing and they did the exact same to me. I headed back to resume building and they came from around the corner again and tazed/killed me. Then when I respawned I had just gotten to the nexus, and they did it again. The next time I spawned I went into the Nexus (at this point I was getting all the pictures I could) and of course, the same thing happens. After respawning for the 4th time I go back to Downtown Motors and lock myself in. Sure enough an officer (lootthedrop) tried to get in and then ran around to the garage to get in. I was not able to lock the door fast enough and ran out, closing it on him. Upon getting back outside Mickey was waiting and saying over mic "I'm not going to kill you" as he tazes and cuffs me. Then as I become untazed I told him I was already placing a ban request on them, and he responded by shooting me till I died.
After this they both quit. Keep in mind this was only what happened to me, there were plenty of others they were doing this to within the city. I would expect loot (who has almost 200 hours) to know full and well that his actions would have consequences.
