Summary: As you can see in the video, "aviel1509" and "Samurai Joe" have bugged their cars into each other and CDM'ed a citizen. After that "Thomas1011 (STEAM_0:1:37296044) proppushed the police car and "Samurai Joe" died.

I assume no staffmembers were online at the times (as this might be why you are recording instead of calling for a staff-member with @.
From what I see; two players have gotten their cars stuck/bugged into eachother, and both of the two deaths in this video were not on purpose.
Although I don't like what I see in this video, I can understand that the accused players were trying to fix the current situation and I will therefore let this one pass.
