Summary: Well I noticed some big blockade being built on the road so I went and checked it out, he had frozen props blocking the road and was asking an ambulance to ram it. He built this as a Security Guard. When I asked him to please remove it because it is against the rules, he just responded in voice chat with " I don't care"
