Summary: Disconnected to avoid jail, then quickly reconnected. This was after running around punching a police officer (me) then avoiding arrest by breaking fear rp, leading to a lengthy tazing chase. Though unfortunately i don't have evidence for that part.

As you had actually performed the arrest (He would be teleported to the jail cell) he would only connect back into the jail cell. It is only if they relog before the arrest has been performed.
