Summary: I had stopped my tides truck at the red lights outside the BP, and this individual approaches, pronounces something unintelligible down his mic, as if he's talking through a cat, and proceeds to spawn a sofa in my truck. I could not move my truck at this point due to the sofa, and it created a bit of a congestion issue.

He (referring to Vipra) then proceeds to drive around in circles in a black hummer, running over multiple people, including a police officer.

he protested that the CDM of that officer was accidental due to lag, but he simply drove off after the fact, and ran multiple others over.
