This is a long shot due to the evidence is not the best but it is worth a try.

Summary: So this Jackeylegs was breaking many rules. He was a cop and was impounding my car. As he was doing so he decided to take it for a spin around the town. Then I decided enough was enough. I had my job named to "Criminal" and went in with an AK. I got a cop as hostage to explain to me where the car had gone. We went to the nexus and found Jackey (The Police Commander). He decided it would be good to run away from an AK pointed at him. I then fired a warning shot and he continued to run. I then shot him down to avoid the risk of him going and getting the car. He decided before hand to radio over for SS backup whilst at gunpoint (See Evidence #1). He then broke NLR and came back admitting to NLR. His reason was it was "RDM" (See Evidence #2)
Evidence #2 also shows my hostage saying that he was my hostage whilst they all shot at me. Then Jackeylegs DCed. Also shown.
