Hello. I need some help.
When i play games i have choppy freeze spikes all the time. This make the games not playable and i rage alot.
Specs:
Nvidia GTS 450 (For the moment overclocked)
AMD Athlon II X2 (Dual) 260
4 GB DDR3 Ram
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
Games i play with choppy lag spikes:
Call of Duty Black Ops 2
Battlefield 3
And alot of other games.
Please help!

It might be something to do with not enough power going to your graphics Card/Power Supply.
I had this recently, and i re-clocked the speed of my Graphics card, and it seemed to fix the problem. It must have been that to much power was needed to power my actual graphics card, leading my Power Supply to mess up, which indeed will give you Lag spikes.

Could you give some more details about your system?
Motherboard, SSD?, power supply wattage, cooling system?
But i would consider upgrading / renewing your system
since BF3 is a pretty big game that needs quite a decent system.

Your specs aren't powerful enough to run BF3, that's for sure, but no idea about BO2.
