The President had stated in his laws that people were free to do anything except kill HIM. Therefore, I did not realize that the President's laws did not apply in this case. Once I had known I stopped running people over. If anything, the President should've gotten a ban request.

Yes, the president was failing by not providing actual laws but regardless the server rules still apply.
